During the 80's, says this professional architecture, fashion trend was to cover the walls with unnatural endings: are lacquered everything (including furniture) wood and hid. In the mid 90's, intention was to recover naturally. That is why that, at present, has taken up the best of past, and rejected the worst. Among the techniques who have recovered are: assign a value to the extra endings, not just of furniture, but what stays in place, such as walls, ceilings and floors, and replace the use of color by the texture, adding interest to the environment.
The dining area of this apartment is a tangible example of this reality. Its walls were coated with a ceramic that simulates stone, to highlight elements of space, in this case, its focal point is the presiding table the table. The floor, however, retained its texture marble, because it is a timeless material, which is always attractive.
Alberto Ulloa's paintings and Balcácer Ada, respectively, adorn the walls giving way to the dining room.
In this area, where lunch and chatting, the roof is so striking that creates the illusion of movement with the decline of several levels and with a few strokes of blue sky.
